Appointments:

Various secondary and tertiary institutions, 1961-71; instrumental in establishing full-time art course at Hornsby T.C.; full-time lecturer in fine art at WAIT (now Curtin University), WA 1971-77, and at Hornsby College of TAFE, 1978-85; designer of various course programs for WAIT Fine Arts curriculum, including their extended studies program; member of committees concerned with art education in both WA and NSW; 1985 to present working full-time painting and drawing; lecturer, various summer schools, incl. Toowoomba, QLD, Albany WA, Bateman’s Bay NSW.

Awards:

She has won many awards including: 1971, Wynne Prize AGNSW; Kedumba Award (a major drawing collection and award, 1991; Portia Geach Memorial Award, twice; Salon des Refuses People’s Choice Award 2006; as well as being frequently shown in the Archibald, Wynne, Sulman and Dobell competitions.

Exhibitions:

Her work has been included in various survey exhibitions, in both WA and NSW. She has had more than 30 one-person shows since 1972, and has participated in many group exhibitions throughout Australia and overseas.
